Alupanel, DiBond and the many other brands are all types of ACM aluminium composite materials. Constructed as a sandwich with two thin aluminium faces 0.2 or 0.3mm and usually with a polyethylene inner core to give an overall thickness of typically 2, 3 or 4mm.

Our Dibond prints, sometimes known as aluminium composite prints, are made using Aluminium Composite Material ACM. ACM is made up of two 0.3mm aluminium skins sandwiched either side of a low density polyethylene interior. With weather resistant and waterproof properties, ACM is one of the best substrates for outdoor signage.
